Important Shipping Information:
The outside of the shipping box has a generic label from "Shipping Department".
Please allow two business days for your order information to be posted. Please allow three business days before your tracking number is posted. Orders may be processed and shipped several hours before the information is actually posted to this page. After you place an order, you will get an invoice number. Use that number to track your order.
Orders placed before 5:00PM EST go to the warehouse the next business day. If any items are out of stock on bulk orders, then those items will be forwarded to another distributor for shipping within two business days. Express orders are prioritized so UPS Ground and US Priority Mail often take 2-3 business days to ship and then will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the distance the order has to travel. If an order is submitted after Thursday at 5:00pm EST, it will be received at the warehouse to begin processing on Monday morning as the warehouse is closed weekends. That will add days to the potential delivery.

Beware: Large and/or heavy items like expensive love dolls and large rubber products may cost significantly more to ship than what we pre-bill you. We will contact you later for shipping charges if they turn out to be higher. You can cancel the order if additional shipping charges are applied to your order. You may ask for a complete refund at this point.
If an item is out of stock on a bulk order, it will be shipped the next day from another warehouse. That invoice number will be the same invoice number with a -2 after it.
All out of stock items will be canceled and refunded to your account.
Shipping to a military address works very differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it. Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on shipping to military addresses at USPS.com. There are many caveats listed there.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely.
You must contact us when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that the Returns Department will handle your return smoothly.
For sanitary purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or replace for defective items only or for any shipping errors made by us. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the following address:

Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may incur a 25% restocking fee or not receive any refund at all.
We have thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, due to the size.
In your return package please include:
The packing slip .
A note telling us what the problem was .
A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
Refunds will be applied to your wholesale account balance.
